Sub Zero Factor 1 Plus Short Sleeve Thermal Base Layers are manufactured from super soft 100% polyamide fabric produced on a seamless circular knitting machine. Utilising body mapping technology allows us to construct innovative seamless body forms and add features such as stretch rib zones for support and waffle zones for enhanced heat retention and greater perspiration control. All of our Factor 1 Plus base layer tops have long body lengths to give you a decent amount of fabric to tuck in to your trousers, helping to avoid lower back exposure during activities.

The set-in sleeves on these base layers provide a much more tailored fit in the armpits, maximising insulation and moisture transportation (wicking). The sleeves themselves finish just above the elbow and are finished with a small low profile cuff. The round neck has been designed so that it stretches when placed over your head and its low profile also means it is not prominent when worn under clothing.
